SIMPLE TIPS TO GROUND YOURSELF
No, I'm not talking about go to your room grounding, I'm talking about the get right in your body, center yourself, and your energy type grounding.
You may be thinking "why would I need to ground myself?" Grounding helps get you prepped for the day. Also helps keep unwanted energy from coming at yeah and just gets you off to a great start! Below are a few simple tips to getcha grounded and ready for the day!
1. Put your feet to the earth: Walk barefoot around the house or outside (depending on where you live considering the time of year) lol Snow will get you in your body fast lol!
2. Clear your energy with salt: Take a salt bath or a swim in the ocean or a salt water pool.
3. Use essential oils in your everyday practice. I use high vibe'n oils daily to keep me on track. Balance on my feet, Whisper (just to smell divine), Lemon in my water, and many more... Btw, let me know if you'd like to know more about essential oils and how to use them in a spiritual practice, I've been thinking about doing a workshop around this ;).
4. Meditate: Sit in silence or use a guided meditation to help you get centered and grounded for the day. Imagine you have roots growing thru your feet and your center is the base of a big tree trunk. Visualization techniques can help get you nice and grounded for the day ;).
These are just some of the many ways you can ground yourself. Create a daily practice, the key word here is practice and watch your day unfold in a much more centered way.
