Pain is a messenger alerting us that somethings wrong. We’re taught to avoid pain at all cost, we run from our feelings, we push them down, we do anything we can to avoid pain. But pain serves a purpose. Your triggers are your teachers showing you what’s ready to be healed. What needs attending to. In today's episode we get into what causes us pain and what we can do about it to transform our pain into a healthy relationship that actually serves us.
